About Us
Little Gems aims to provide an outstanding and professional service that leaves parents with no doubts whatsoever that their children are receiving the best possible care, where all of their needs are met throughout the day, in an environment that if fun, relaxed, stimulating and similar to home.
Our ethos is to nurture into education, by taking care of their basic needs first we ensure that every child feels safe and ready to learn.
Little Gems was set up in 2007. It is owned and run by Gemma Woolmore, who has extensive childcare experience and is NNEB diploma qualified.
We choose our staff based on their personalities and love of children as well as their qualifications and experience. Everyone attends First aid and Child Protection courses and a variety of workshops ranging from Communication
and Language development
to Outdoor play.
We are extremely lucky to also have a Deputy Manager whom holds a Foundation Degree in Early Years.
We accepted children from 3 months to 5 years old.
We are open 8am-6pm Monday to Friday for 51 weeks a year.
